You Recently Ordered Something Online. When The Delivery Came, It Was Not Complete

Dear Sir or Madam

My name is Parul Choudhary and I am writing to complain about the incomplete delivery of the product I ordered on your portal. Please allow me to elaborate.

A few days back I ordered a book titled The Cambridge English Official Guide To IELTS which comes with a DVD. My order id is AZ 38979 and the same was delivered to me on 1 January 2023. However, when I opened the parcel, I found the DVD missing. I called your customer service department immediately and they assured me that the DVD would be sent within two days. I am disappointed to say that no action has been taken since then.

This book is imperative for my IELTS exam preparation scheduled for next month. Without the DVD, I am afraid that my Listening test preparation will be affected. I am extremely dissatisfied with the poor services I have received from your company. Therefore, I request you to kindly send me the DVD by this week in order to avoid further delays in my exam preparation.
