Future Development of Town of Norbiton

The given illustration shows the town of Norbiton as it is today along with the proposed plan for its redevelopment. The town has a road going from west to east. There are several factories in the centre with road connectivity to all of them. The proposed redevelopment plan does not have any factories. Instead, new housing, shops and a medical centre will come up around the roundabout. A new roundabout will be built on the road and it will be connected to the existing roundabout. The road that passes through the centre of the town will extend further north and go beyond the river to provide connectivity to new houses that are going to come up in some parts of the farmland. The other two prominent additions will be a school in the east and a playground in the north.
