Dear Mr Smith,
I am writing this letter to express my dissatisfaction with the non-availability of a parking facility at our office campus.
I would like to express my concern regarding the lack of a dedicated parking space for our employees. Firstly, since our office is located at the center of the city, we find it very difficult to park our vehicles outside the office premises. The nearest paid parking zone is also levying heavy charges and it is difficult for us to afford the same.
However, I got to know that the company adjacent to ours is planning to move to a different place within two weeks. Hence, renting the parking lot allocated for them to station our vehicles would be the easiest and possible solution to quickly solve this problem.
By making arrangements for this, everyone in the organization will get benefitted by not having to spend too much time in search of safe places around the area. Furthermore, it would definitely reduce our parking expenses. I hope our concerns will be heard and resolved.
