    Dear Mr. Green,

I am writing to enquire about the availability of slots in your French language class. I am planning to apply for an internship position at one of the most reputable consulting firms to work at their Paris office. While French is not a requirement for the job, I want to be able to converse with my future colleagues in French and explore the city.

Given your expertise on teaching lingual skills for daily conversations, I hope you can teach me the basics of the French language that would enable me to speak with the people I encounter in Paris and understand the different French dialects.

The internships in Pairs take place in the summer; however, I would like to start early to have enough time to perfect the French pronunciation. Would it be possible for me to start on the 20nth of this month?

I am looking forward to hearing from you.

    Yours faithfully,

    Dear Mr David,
I am writing to you to inform you that I would like to learn French at your institute. My mentor, Thomas Gibberson suggested your name and gave me your contact.
I am currently pursuing my higher education at University of Cochin in the Science department. I would be moving to Canada next year for my further education. I heard from one of my friends at Canada that learning French would certainly be an asset while finding a part time job there.
After getting to know about your classes, I went through the Institute’s website. The review about your classes are excellent and it really helped me to gain confidence. Being a beginner, getting the right tutor is extremely important as I have only few months left to depart to Canada.
Since my exams would be over by mid of May, I would like to start the class on June. I hope there is a batch starting on that time.
I look forward to hearing from you.
    Yours sincerely,
    Parvathy Raj

    Dear Ms Arthi,
I am writing to register for the language class which is being conducted at the Maa institute. I am a student of ABCD School. My class teacher had asked me to join your class so that I can improve my English-speaking skills.
My school is organizing a storytelling weekend in December. I had participated in such competitions earlier also. Everyone appreciates my style of narration but never won any competition because of my terrible accent. So, my teacher, Ms Renu, recommended your class to me.
I believe by attending this course my pronunciation will improve and I will be able to convey my thoughts in a much better way. It is mentioned in the brochure that the course begins with phono sounds and within a month the student will learn to use a vast vocabulary. I am confident that this course will enhance my talent in narrating stories.
I would like to join the class as soon as possible. For this, I would like to come and meet you tomorrow evening at 5 pm. Evening classes are fine for me, I will be able to attend the class daily, after school.
I look forward to hearing from you soon.
