Dear Sir,
I am writing this letter regarding the advertisement posted on the 20th of September, 2018 about a campaign to create awareness about the importance of protecting the environment. My name is … and I am a resident of …. The advertisement was a real eye opener for me and I would like to contribute my bit for this noble cause.
I am really interested in this campaign because environmental problems like global warming and climate change have become a major cause for concern and we humans are responsible for them. If we put in even a small effort to save the environment, we can make a huge difference.
I can help by going from house to house asking people to recycle things and reduce or avoid the use of plastic items. I can also organize tree plantation drives and create awareness about the importance of using public transport. I can start working right away and I am available from 5pm to 7pm. I would be grateful if you can give me a chance to join hands with you in saving our planet Earth.
