Dear Alex,
I hope you are well. I’m so happy that you’re going to stay in my apartment for a week during my absence. I have a few instructions to share before I leave my place.
I have placed my flat key inside a shoe rack that is present on the left side of the entrance. Even, I have given a spare key to one of my neighbours residing on the same floor in the flat no S-256. I have told him about your arrival. In case, if both of you happen to see each other, you can get the key from him otherwise you can take it from that rack.
I have a few instructions to share. The foremost one is, you should segregate the garbage as degradable and bio-degradable and dispose them in the appropriate bins. As I told already, you have to take care of my pet “Scooby”. There is enough food and it has been stored in a cupboard in my room and should provide two serves per day.
I will reach there on 15th March in the morning flight. I expect you to pick me up at the airport. You can take my car and I’ll let you know the exact timing on that day.
