Dear Gita,

Hope this letter finds you in radiant health and high spirits. I am glad to hear that finally you have decided to spend your vacation with me. Unfortunately, I won’t be able to receive you at the airport. My cousin is getting married next month and her wedding date coincides with your arrival date. Actually, on the day you arrive, I will be away making arrangements for her wedding. But don’t worry, I will ask Raj, our old friend, to fetch you from the airport. Or you can book a cab from Ola. They offer good service at economical rates. Let me know which option you prefer.

I will leave the house keys with my neighbour. I have already told her about your arrival. She is a kind woman and she will give you all the help you need. I will be back in the evening and we can have dinner at a nice restaurant in the town.
