Dear Sir,

I recently bought a set of headsets of the brand Jabra (model no Z45674223) from your shop located in Central London and to my surprise, it is no longer working properly.

I have used this item for hardly a week and I was alarmed to see that its coating has started to peel-off. Moreover, the sound quality is so poor that I cannot hear my clients properly and it is affecting my business.

When I receive an inbound call, the voice crackles and listeners on the other end complain that they are not able to hear me. Evidently, this is unacceptable, as it is leaving my clients with an unsatisfactory experience. I am not able to offer efficient customer service, due to which a few cases of escalations have been brought to the notice of my boss. In fact, if not resolved promptly, it might cost me my job.

In view of this, I request you to kindly have this piece of equipment replaced at your earliest convenience. My address is on the envelope and I would be happy to hand over this handset to the delivery boy when he brings in the new handset.

I believe that I am also entitled to the compensation for the lost business in the interim, as it was the fault of your unit/device.
