Dear Sir or Madam,
The reason I am writing to you is the poor quality of the computer monitor, which I bought in your store two weeks ago. Problems started appearing within a week of buying it.
The issue with the monitor is that the stand is very loose and even a minor touch can cause the monitor to fall. The second and major issue is that the color panel is blurry and I can’t see part of the screen because of this. I was quite surprised to discover so many problems in such an expensive model.
This is badly affecting my work as I am not able to use the monitor anymore. I have to use my laptop all the time and because of its small screen, I develop eye strain by evening. Additionally, I have to constantly toggle between my working tabs and it slows down my speed.
As a solution, I want to get this monitor replaced by a new one. I would like to have someone pick it up from my home as my work schedule is quite busy. If you don’t have the same model available, I would request a full refund as this is available in other stores.
