Dear Sir/ Madam,

I am writing this letter to report an accident which happened to my friend in your theater premises yesterday. Also I would like to appreciate the efforts of your staff member who came forward to help.

Yesterday, my friend and I visited the India Habitat Center hall number 2 to watch the play “Romeo Juliet”. Due to darkness near/around the staircase, my friend couldn’t see the steps and had a bad fall. This resulted in severe pain in her right leg. Just then, one of your staff members who was sending the people in a queue to the hall came forward to help. He not only arranged a wheel chair but also managed to provide immediate medical attention. Later he provided your company vehicle as well to drop us home safely.

I would like to thank him for his sincere efforts. Request you to please make necessary lighting provisions in the staircase as the stairs are slippery. Also the staircase gets crowded while entering or exiting so lighting is necessary.
