Dear Sir or Madam,

My name is Nicholas and I am the manager of Evergreen Medical Company. Last week we held a conference at your hotel, I am writing to share my feedback on the event.

My employees and I were quite satisfied with the services provided by your receptionists, as they were rather considerate and friendly, showing us their professional expertise in making preparations and catering to all of our needs. Much to our contentment, the meeting facilities, such as the projecting screen, computer and chairs seemed to be newly equipped, which gave us a comfortable experience of working.

However, the food was not very good. The meat and rice were undercooked. While some dishes were too salty or spicy, others did not have enough salt in them. Also, the cold dishes offered on the counter did not agree with us and some of us later suffered stomachache. Worse still, there was not enough quantity to serve all of us.

I strongly suggest that your hotel should review your food storage policies so that mishaps like this will not happen again. The food department should also prepare enough meals in advance considering the number of people attending the conference. It is equally important to taste the dishes before they are served.

I hope you will take it seriously in order to avoid similar problems in future.

Yours faithfully,

Nicholas

Dear sir/madam,

I am writing in connection with the event I organized for my company, ABC ltd, on Nov 20th at your hotel. I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for hosting us. Although the participants liked the ambience of the hotel and the services of your courteous staff, they all complained about the food.

Let me explain in detail. Some of the food items served during the event were cold and we found it really hard to eat them particularly the rotis which obviously should be served hot. Another issue was that there was no variety. We had participants from abroad who were not particularly fond of Indian food.

I suggest you install food warmers for all the dishes, and not just for the gravies. I also recommend that you add some western dishes like pasta and toast to your menu.

I really hope that you will consider my suggestions.

Yours faithfully,

Dear Sir

I am writing this letter to share the feedback I received from the participants of the meeting which was held in your hotel on 11th March. Firstly, all the participants appreciated the pleasant manners of your staff. They provided all sorts of help and guidance needed by our people. Also, participants did not feel any kind of issue related to parking when they reached the hotel.

Although they really appreciated the facilities offered by your hotel, they were not happy with the food served to them. They complained that the food was too spicy. Also, lunch did not include any nutritious dishes such as salads or soups. The rice was not properly cooked either.

Overall, the arrangements were good. If you improve the quality of food then it would also benefit the reputation of your hotel and attract a lot more customers. I hope you will consider my suggestions and take necessary action.

Yours Sincerely

Dear Mr Smith,

I am writing this letter to share our feedback regarding the Citibank staff meeting held at your hotel on 10th October.

I am pleased to share that the hotel ambience and the banquet service amazed the staff members of my organization. They also appreciated the availability of prompt home service. Additionally, the recreation area provided multiple games and a wonderful collection of books

However, I would like to share that the staff was unhappy about the food quality and the taste. Most of the items were served too oily, and cottage cheese starters were bland in taste. Also, the served food was not warm enough.

I would like to share some suggestions to improve the food quality. It could have been better if the counters were made ready just when the team was about to get lunch break. That could have avoided the issue of cold food being served. Another advice is to to use less oil and to have the food tasted before it is brought to the serving counters

I hope these suggestions will be considered and the food service will be better the next time.

Yours Sincerely,

Vikas Sharma

    Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing this in connection to the event of our company in your hotel on 20th August. I would like to thank you for making such a great arrangement. Participants in the meeting liked the ambience of your hotel; however, they gave the negative feedback for the lunch served.

As per the attendees, food served for lunch was not fresh and it had a strange smell. Also the food was cold and it was hard for them to eat such cold food as bread got too tight to eat. I think you should have more variety of foods as there were people from different countries, so having different tastes.

I suggest you to pre check the quality of food before serving and you should serve warm dishes and bread. I would also recommend that some more dishes to be added as per the participants tastes.
I hope you will definitely consider my suggestions.

    Yours faithfully,

    Gauri
