Dear Sir or Madam

I am writing this letter to apprise you about my recent purchase from your online shopping website. For you information I ordered two laptops with the same specification and the same color.

I received the laptops 2 weeks after my purchase and upon receiving everything looked good from the outside. I also made sure that the specification written on the boxes was the same as the specification of the laptops I ordered. However, when I opened the boxes I found that the two laptops have different colors and different hard disk capacities. While one model has the same specifications I ordered, the other has a smaller hard disk. Also, I ordered silver color but one laptop I received is of black color. Please provide your explanation regarding this problem.

Also, please reply to this email immediately as I need to know how I can return one of the laptops. I hope you can make the replacement instantly.
