Dear Mr. Smith,
I am writing to report the loss of my cabin bag on one of your planes. On 3rd April, 2018 I flew business class on your flight ACX305 from New York to Paris.
I clearly remember that I had put the bag safely under my window seat as soon as I boarded the plane. However, when I arrived in Paris, I noticed that my bag had disappeared. It is a green square shaped bag that has my company logo printed on it. It is made of glossy leather and has intricate colorful designs on the inner pockets. In addition, the bag has six pockets and 4 small wheels at the bottom. Along with my mobile phone and credit card, the bag contains my educational and professional credentials. As you can imagine, these things are of great value to me.
Do you have my bag? Please let me know and I will make arrangements to collect it from your office at the earliest.
Thank you for your time and support.
I look forward to hearing from you.
