Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing to you regarding the set of documents that I forgot in room no 312 while attending a business conference in your hotel last Sunday. As I was in a hurry to leave, I forgot to check the cupboard which is located beside the bed. I believe that I placed my documents in a red folder inside the cupboard the previous day.
Let me tell you why these documents are very important. After concluding my meeting with clients during the conference, I took notes on all the requirements and suggestions that are made. I currently do not possess any duplicate copies of these papers and I might run into trouble with my manager because of my negligence.
Would you kindly check the cupboard for the documents kept on the top shelf? And if they are found, please mail them to my address on the envelope. However, if mailing is an issue I will come and pick it up in person. I would really appreciate your help.
