You have visited another city in your country. Prior to the visit you requested some information from a tourist center, but the information was incorrect. Write a letter to the manager of the center and say

Dear sir,

I am writing this letter to inform you about inaccurate information that I received from the tourist center regarding / with regard to hotel facilities. For your information, two weeks before my vacation I had made a phone call to obtain information about hotel amenities available / that are available in Kuala Lumpur city center.

The staff informed me that the Sunway hotel has swimming pool, Wi-Fi connection and gymnasium. They also told me that other facilities such as massage and live band are available.

After considering the price and hotel services I decided to book the hotel through the hotel website. However, as soon as I arrived at the front desk counter to pay in advance, the front desk employees informed me that some of the facilities were not available because the hotel was currently under renovation.

Due to limitation to enjoy the facilities, I had to spend extra money to use a swimming pool outside the hotel. Aside from that, I had to rely on my phone Internet connection in order to surf the Internet and read the online newspaper.  I hope in future your travel agency can work closely with hotels to give the latest information about the availability of hotel facilities.
