Dear Sir/ Madam,

I am writing to express my interest in the job of a nanny for your kid for six months.

I have seen your advertisement in a magazine that you need someone for taking care of your six year old. I would love to do this as I like children and have been taking care of my two year old nephew since he was four months old. This is because both my brother and his wife were working and hence I took the responsibility of my nephew happily.

Moreover, I have two years of experience as a baby-sitter with five different families, and they all appreciated my work. In addition to this, I am a calm and extrovert person and easily mingle / gel with the small children which make me a suitable candidate for the job.

I am coming to Australia to visit my sister on a six month visa and hoping to spend my free time in visiting different places there. If you offer me this job, I would get a chance to earn money for myself, and learn about a new culture.
