Band 8 IELTS letter sample
Dear Sir,
I am writing this letter to express my dissatisfaction with your customer care service. I regularly use your bus service to commute from Mohali to Chandigarh.
Last week, I lost my watch during my journey to Chandigarh as it was peak hours and the bus was quite crowded. After reaching my office, I realized that I had lost my precious watch. My watch is black in color and of HMT brand.
However, After realizing my loss I immediately reported the incident to your customer care facility. The person who answered the phone told me that he would call me within 24 hours but I did not receive any response from their side. I made several calls over the last two days; however, they did not respond.
I would appreciate it if you look into the matter personally and help me to find / to recover my watch. Apart from it, I want you to take necessary action against the irresponsible workers in the customer care facility.
I am looking forward to your prompt action.
Yours faithfully,
Neha Sharma
