Dear Sir,

I am writing to bring your attention to a problem with the camera which I bought on 26th February 2021. My name is Chetan Pareek and I am a regular customer of your prestigious brand and bought the Canon D-5 digital camera last week from your Megna Bay, Bangalore store. When I opened the package, I found that the lens was stained.

Although I immediately called customer care and explained my problem, one of your representatives assured me that he would get back to me as soon as possible. I still have not got any call or mail from your side. Not only was the lens stained on the front side, but the packaging was also not properly intact when I opened the box.

As I am very particular about my possessions, I want the company to replace the camera / the entire unit and send me the fresh piece to my home address because I live too far away from the city and it is inconvenient for me to travel this far during weekdays.
