Dear Samuel

I am writing to complain about the high decibel parties you hold at regular intervals at home. Every Saturday evening, there seems to be some sort of social gathering at your place. There is a commotion of loud chats, roaring laughter, shouting, and singing to the tune of a blaring loudspeaker. This noise disruption usually continues late into the night. As I stay adjacent to your residence, it becomes very difficult for me and my family members to read or watch television. At times, we cannot sleep peacefully.

I have been experiencing these disturbances for the past two months. Initially, I was hesitant to discuss this with you. However, over a period of time, I noticed that these noisy distractions are becoming a nuisance for most of us.

First of all, I would urge you to arrange any kind of fun events at a dedicated venue instead of the home balcony. Second, even if there is any get-together at your place, please request all guests to maintain the decorum. Finally, please keep utmost silence after 10 PM in the night.
