Band 7.5 IELTS letter sample
Dear Sir/Madam
My name is Siddhi Shah and I had purchased a Samsung Galaxy S3 phone from your duty free shop at Mumbai International Airport. After inserting the SIM card, I realized that the phone does not recognize the card.
Due to this, I am unable to make or receive calls. I even contacted the Vodafone store and they confirmed that there was no issue with the SIM card. In fact, the card works on other phones.
I am quite surprised to see this issue in such a latest model. I visited the Samsung service store to get a replacement for SIM slot; however they requested me to send an email request for repair through the store I purchased from. I find this extremely frustrating and time consuming as your store is inside the airport and there is no way I can personally visit.
I would humbly request you to write to Samsung service store immediately and ask them to replace the SIM slot at the earliest.
Please find attached the receipt.
Awaiting a quick response from your end
Thank you for your consideration.
Yours faithfully,
Siddhi Shah
