Dear Tom,
I am writing to make a confession. I have broken your laptop. I know you will be pretty furious at me after reading this. I apologize from the bottom of my heart for this mishap and I assure you it was purely an accident.
Well, let me tell you the whole story, I was working on my new business plan for the upcoming investors’ meeting and your laptop was just lying there on the kitchen top. My 8 year old son who was playing in the hall suddenly came running into the kitchen and jumped on the kitchen top. Unfortunately, he ended up dropping the laptop and its screen got broken.
I have already reached out to the best laptop repair shop in my neighborhood and they assured me it will be fixed within 3 days and will be as good as new.
