Dear Dev,
Hope you are having a great time in your home country. We all miss you here!
Yesterday, while returning from the college, I met one of your roommates. He told me you had taken a long leave and left for your country. When I reached my apartment, I suddenly remembered that I had forgotten to return your Biotechnology book which I had borrowed from you in the last semester. I am terribly sorry for being so forgetful.
Do you need to refer it for compiling your annual reports? I guess that you are preparing for the university term paper and you may need it. Anyway, if you need this textbook urgently, I will make arrangements to send it by courier. I will also share the consignment ID with you so that you can track it. Again, I am so sorry for not returning the book on time.
