Dear Mr. John Smith,
I am writing to express my sheer annoyance with the utterly disappointing service that I received from Fly-by-Night Travel during my two-week trip to Sydney.
I encountered numerous issues during the trip. My flight was scheduled to depart from New Delhi to Sydney at 22.00 hours on 25th May 2020. However, the flight was delayed by two hours and departed at 24.00 hours. When I inquired of the airport authorities, I got the information that they had already informed the company about this, but I did not get any message from your company for the delay.
As per the plan, I was supposed to stay for two weeks at the Beachwood hotel in Sydney, but the hotel was booked only for ten-nights and days, and I had to stay at the Marine-wood hotel for the rest of days. Also, the hotel’s service and facilities were not up to par with the standards of a five-star hotel. Moreover, Indian cuisines were not available on the menu, and we had to eat continental and oriental, which caused digestion problems.
Unfortunately, it is disappointing to receive poor service from the reputed company. Therefore, I expect the company to provide some compensation on my next trip or refund the additional amount spent. The proof of my stay at the Marine-wood hotel is attached herewith. If the company does not provide reimbursement, I will not hire your services again.

Dear Mr. Sam,
I am writing this letter to complain about the services provided by your company on a two-week holiday trip to Sydney. We booked the trip from 15th June to 30th June which included bus service to airport, flights, hotels, and sightseeing.
Let me explain the problems in detail. Firstly, the bus service scheduled to pick us on 15th June was late by 2 hours. Furthermore, all flights on the trip were delayed by a minimum of 1 hour which forced us to have our meals at the airport. Lastly, meal variety at the hotels was minimal and included peanuts in all the dishes. As I am allergic to peanuts, which I informed you earlier, and there was no other option in our package, I had to eat paid meals throughout the trip.
I would like you to refund all the extra money spent by me due to the mismanagement of your company. I am attaching all by slips with this letter.
I hope you will improve your services in the future and initiate my refund soon.
