Dear Jack,

Hope you’re hale and hearty!

It has been so long since we last met. Well, I’d like to invite you to a party on 9th of September. I am organizing this party because my company is turning twenty this year. It is a special moment for me, and since you’re my best friend, I want you to be my side on this special occasion. Now, listen. Don’t give me any excuses for not coming. I have also invited some other common friends of ours. I am sure you will enjoy the party.

By the way, the party will be held at a hotel. Although my house is big, the party is going to be held at the hotel ‘Mountview’ because there’re a lot of guests from my office as well.

You don’t have to worry about reaching the hotel. I will send you a taxi and live location. As the hotel is on the right side of the railway station, you will be able to locate it easily.

As for your accommodation, even though I have booked hotel rooms for the party, I want you to stay at my home. In order to make you comfortable, I’ll be shifting you to a room on the upper floor.
