Dear Jack,

I am writing to update you with the great news that I finally purchased the villa, which I always dreamed of.  As happy as I am, I am also sorry that I have to say goodbye to you, my lovely neighbours.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank you and your lovely wife for always being there for me. You were the first people I came to know when I moved to Dubai. You did not only helped me with getting familiar with the city, but also you were great support while I was homesick and going through a depression.

What I will miss the most is our get-togethers in my flat and our game nights. About the amenities, there are three pools in the new community, but nothing compared to the infinity swimming pool in our building. Also, the previous home was so close to my office, and it was really convenient. However, now I have to drive for forty minutes daily to reach my workplace.

I would like to invite Jane and yourself to my new house. I hope you are free next Thursday. I am expecting to see you there at seven, so we will have enough time to have a house tour before dinner is served.
