Dear Mr. Sridhar,

I am writing to apply for a part-time position as a soccer coach at your esteemed club. I am a 45 year old brawny man with an exceptionally good fitness level and strength. I have two teenaged sons who are currently national-level soccer players and my wife is a hockey trainer at a local sports club. Overall, I belong to a family of sports enthusiast.

The extensive experience I have on various national and international football pitches has helped me in honing my skills as a professional football coach. In the last ten years, I trained many highly accomplished sportsmen and women and I believe that I am a coach who not only trains players, but also, inculcates team spirit and other coping skills in them. These qualities can convert an average performer to an exemplary athlete.

If an opportunity is available at your sports centre, then I would be delighted to join the club at the earliest. I hope my sporting expertise and skills would certainly enhance the performance of budding football players.
