Dear Sir or Madam
I am writing to inform you that some of the facilities in the home are not working and as per the Rent Agreement we were promised that all the basic services will be functional.
The first issue is the leaky taps in the washroom, due to which the floor remains wet throughout the day. In addition to this the air conditioning unit is broken and produces a loud noise. It is extremely disturbing especially because my office setup for work from home days is in the same room.
With due respect, I request you to take immediate action to fix both the problems. Kindly provide the contact number of the plumber and the electrician so I can arrange my schedule to suit their visit.
