Dear Mr. Patel,

My name is Archita Shah and I am your tenant of flat no 305, Sai Darshan Society. I am writing this letter to inform you about some issues regarding the apartment.

Let me explain the problems in detail. First of all, the bathroom taps and kitchen sink taps are dripping. Indeed, this causes water wastage and on the top of that it also causes a mosquito infestation.  Secondly, the patio does not have a proper lock and hence the street dogs and cats enter it and make it dirty.

All these problems need immediate action. As per my knowledge, you own many apartments and hence you must have tie-up with plumbers and carpenters. I would appreciate it if you could arrange one for me or give their phone number to me. As you know, as per the contract we signed, you will bear the maintenance charges/costs.

I will appreciate a quick response.
