Dear Sir/Madam,
I am your tenant living on the 5th floor of Green Apartments. I am basically from India and recently migrated to Canada for better career growth. As I was looking for a fully-furnished home, one of my colleagues told me about this apartment. I was impressed by the atmosphere here so I moved to this apartment three months ago.
This house has lots of teak wood furniture which is very expensive and I am happily using it. But the dining table’s nuts and screws are not tight enough to hold it in place. So I hired a person nearby to rectify this issue but the problem was not completely solved because the table has undergone considerable wear and tear.
I think this is the right time to inform you about this issue and request your help. When I enquired, people said that it is better to replace the dining table than to spend more on repairing. So, I am humbly requesting you to visit the apartment in person and make arrangements to replace the table as soon as possible.
