Dear Sir,
I am writing this letter to draw your attention towards the file folder that I forgot to take while checking out. I hope that your lost and found department got it. My name is Simranpreet Kaur and I stayed in the room number 203 of your hotel from 28th February 2023 to 2nd March 2023.
This file folder is black in colour and has my name written on it. It contains important documents like my passport and education credentials and even my US visa interview papers. I have my interview scheduled next week. So, it is extremely important for me to have this file folder.
It would highly appreciate it if you could send me this folder through express courier. Please provide me the bank details for your payment. I am enclosing details about my current address and the contact number as well.
