Dear Sir/Madam,
My name is Tanvi Arora and I am a resident of Rohini, Delhi. I am writing this letter to draw your attention to the poor state of the road outside my house. It is completely broken due to lack of maintenance and negligent attitude of the municipal authorities.
The damaged road is causing numerous problems as it makes it difficult for the residents to travel from one place to another. Moreover, it is not safe as the potholes are very deep and if you fall into them, they can cause severe injuries. They are also worsening the air quality as vehicles are moving at a slow pace and halting frequently.
These issues should be resolved immediately and I request you to get the road repaired as early as possible. Also, I request you to continuously monitor the work assigned to the contractors so that such issues are not repeated in future.
