Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to complain about the irresponsible behaviour of some teenagers in my neighbourhood. They let their dogs run about without putting a leash on them. It has been almost a month since the boys started exhibiting this behaviour. The dogs attack just about anyone they come across. The kids are the worst hit. Two of them have already been bitten by these animals. They dogs chase people and frighten them.

I would like to request you to take some immediate actions to stop the teenagers from causing further harm to the residents of the society. We are not against them taking their dogs out for a walk but it must be made mandatory for them to keep their dogs on a leash.
