There is a problem with the changing rooms in the sports centre that you visit. You have complained several times but with no success. Write a letter to the manager of the sports centre. In your letter:

Dear Mr. Mathieu Couvert,

I am writing this letter to complain about the lack of air conditioning in the changing room. The air conditioner in the changing room has not been working for three weeks. Furthermore, the fans available in the changing rooms are also not functional.

By calling the helpline number of the sports centre, I lodged a formal complaint two weeks ago. After that, I made several follow-up calls as well but so far nothing has been done to resolve the issue.

I would like you to contact the maintenance department of the sports centre so that they can send somebody to fix the air conditioner as soon as possible. I understand that it might take some time to repair the air conditioner; therefore, it will be really useful if a portable fan can be placed in the each changing room, at the earliest.

I hope that you will consider my request promptly.

    Dear Sir,

    I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the changing rooms of your sports centre. Although, I already reported the problem several times to your customer care department but they did not try to resolve it yet. I am still facing severe problems while changing the clothes.

    The changing rooms do not have adequate bathrooms to accommodate everyone especially during the evening times. Due to this rush, I need to wait for extended long hours to take a shower. Meanwhile, there is no sufficient ventilation hence it is very difficult to stand and wait in the scoring summers.

    Instead of my regular follow-up with the customer care department, they did not took necessary measures to resolve this problem.

    I hope you will carefully consider my request to bring new ventilation and adequate facilities for bathing in the changing rooms.

    Dear Mr/Mrs,
    I am writing with regard to the terrible condition of the local sport center’s changing rooms.
    once you enter the rooms, you would realise what I exactly mean by the word “ terrible” . the floor parquets are broken, the paint is peeling off the walls and ceiling and the bad smell is due to the fact that there are mold and mildew growing everywhere.
    concerning the abovementioned situation, I sent you several e-mails and letters to let you know our grievances. But you did not reply to any of them as if our voice cannot be heard through written complaint.
    Although I know I am squandering my time and efforts, I would prefer to tell you about local’s expectations. firstly, we would like you to prioritize the refurbishment plan of this center. This plan should include wall painting and restoring parquet floor.

    Dear Manager,
    My name is Shubham Kumar and I am writing this letter to express my dissatisfaction to the purchase of wooden glass table from your store. Last Sunday, I came to your store with my father to buy the wooden glass table of model number IK365. Since the table was bulky I made the full payment in advance and opt for home delivery.
    Yesterday, I received the table from your delivery service and I was very shocked to see a big crack over glass of the table. I was pretty sure that this damage was done during the transit of the product because the table was not package properly. When I asked the delivery person to get back this table and deliver me the fresh new piece, they told us in a very rude way that they couldn’t replace this table this was the last piece in the stock.
    I am the regular patron of your showroom and I buy a lot of things from your shop and I never experienced this type of bad services from your side. I request you to please send your delivery team to pick the defected table and replace my product with fresh new one.

    I am writing to shed some light on the issues people are facing in your sports centre.

    Firstly, the air ventilation system is far outdated. Everyone feels suffocated when changing rooms are fully occupied after the practice. Secondly, the number of rooms available cannot hold even half of the visitors, owing to which we have to wait in queue for our turn.

    From last month, I have been calling your customer care about these problems but still I am not provided with positive response. Now they are not taking my calls, so I decided to contact you to inform about the situation.

    I would like you to update the ventilation inside the changing area and also increase the number of changing rooms so that we can get some recite from this hot weather. Also, everyone is willing to pay extra membership fee to help you with the investment.

    Dear Sir or Madam,

    I am writing to let you know that I am unhappy with the current changing rooms set-up at your sports centre. The main concern with the existing set-up is that there are only two changing rooms with showers, which is quite less, looking at the number of users that use the swimming pool everyday.

    I had previously raised this to your evening life guard; Karan and your on-site operations manager; Utsav, but none of them gave me a positive answer to that. I must say your staff is not very approchable and hence my experience with them is not upto the mark.

    Would you kindly look into this situation on priority. It would be great if you could get the shower and other relevant accessories fitted in atleast two or three more rooms, so the members do not have to wait unnecessarily and can rather spend time in the pool.

    I look forward to your urgent action over this.

    Dear sir,

    I am writing to let you know about the situation of changing room of the football ground. The room is in extremely critical condition and the situation becomes worst during monsoon. First of all, there is no electricity in the room ; thus , it is almost impossible to change the clothes in dark. Moreover , fan can not be switched on during summer. Secondly, few days back , when there was heavy rain its roof started to pour and water spread on the floor and the dirty smell was making annoyed to all.

    The letter had been written to the department number of times and everytime assurance had been given by the staff members to do something on the matter. However, all the promises were fake.

    It is my humble request, please take some immediate action in order to renovate the room in order that to escape from any mishappening that may happen in future due to the collapse of the room.

    I hope you will take this matter on priority basis.
