The given tabular column illustrates the information and predictions regarding the change in percentage of population for the age group 65 and above in the UK, Canada and Germany. In an overview, it is seen that over the course of the three time spans (1988, 2000, and 2030), there has been a noticeable increase in the percentage of population. While Germany remained with the highest percentage through all the three years, UK remained with the lowest percentage of population. Initially, in the year 1988, the percentage of population in the countries of Canada, Germany and UK were at 16.32, 20.45 and 14.23 respectively. By the year 2000, the population rose in Canada and Germany by around 5% (20.67 and 25.32% respectively) whereas in the UK, it was only 14.89. In the future year of 2030, it is estimated that the population will further rise in all the three countries, with Canada at 26.35%, Germany at 30.42% and UK at 20.35%
