Behind a company’s success there will always be efforts and hard work of their employees. Because of that the employer should value the work of their staff / employees. By giving them rewards and making the workplace comfortable to work effectively, the company can enhance their productivity.

First of all, to get the work done efficiently and in a timely manner, the company should provide an appropriate work environment. For example, the organization has to create an ergonomic workstation that enables workers to work efficiently. Well-designed chairs and tables and adequate lighting play a key role in boosting the productivity of workers. It is also important to provide them breaks and refreshments at regular intervals.  Thus, employees become more productive and they enjoy the work at the same time. Moreover, a friendly atmosphere is required. Thus, adequate infrastructure and facilities allow employees to do their work happily.

Secondly, promotions and rewards have a good impact on the performance of the staff. Sometimes employees feel encouraged and motivated because of pay rise and promotion. In addition, the company can give financial and health aid to the employees. Health insurance for the staff and their family members show the employer’s concern for the well-being of the employee and their family. Workers feel safe and secure to work in that specific company. Consequently, they can work stress free making fewer mistakes. Another way to motivate employees is to make them a part of the decision making process. Employees should feel valued. Providing them skill development training is yet another way to boost their morale.

In conclusion, the role of every staff member is vital for the success of every company. So, by creating better working environment and giving promotions, rewards and financial help organizations can show their concern towards the workers. Because of such motivation and encouragement employees will work more effectively and accurately.
