I regret to inform you that the car that I hired from your Gachibowli branch has met with an accident. It is a Maruthi Suzuki Swift car with the registered number ……….
Let me explain, I was on my way to the waterfalls in Chikmanglur from Hyderabad. I entered the hilly area of the road at around 5:50 P.M when it was raining heavily. Then on a blind curve a scooter came from the opposite direction and I had to apply brakes immediately to avoid running over the scooter. In the process, I had hit a sign board on the left side and thus damaged the left headlight of the vehicle.
