The bar graph illustrates how often people in the USA went to fast food restaurants over the 10-year period from 2003 to 2013. Overall, the proportion of people who ate at fast-food restaurants at 6 different frequencies saw a varying trend during the given 10-year period. The percentage of people visiting the fast-food restaurants every day and those who never went over the given period remained at 5% and below. On the other hand, this figure for once a week and once or twice a month consumer has been more than 25%. As the graph shows, the once-a-week customer has been the most frequent visitor at about 31% in 2003. This figure rose slightly to about 33% in 2006 and it continued to be the highest for that year. Following this it fell to about 27% in 2013. At this point the once-or-twice month customer became the highest frequently visiting consumer at about 33%. Regarding the percentage of several-times-a-week customers, this number was at about 17% in 2003 after which it grew to 20% in 2006. Then it fell to 16% in 2013. These numbers were only slightly more than the a-few-times-a-year visitors whose frequencies were about 13%,15% and 15% in 2003,2006 and 2013 respectively.
