It is often argued that ambition is an essential attribute that one must possess as it plays an important role in achieving success. In my opinion, it is a vital personality trait that people need to accomplish their goals.
A person needs to be ambitious as it is vital for the attainment of goals in the foreseeable future. Only an ambitious person thinks about achieving something that is still missing in his life. To attain that he will make a strategy, divide the work into various phases, and work in a step-wise manner to achieve the target. For example, an ambitious entrepreneur who started his construction business on a small scale may aspire to be the industry leader someday. Owing to his ambition, he will add capital to the business, adopt competitive marketing strategies, employ well-trained staff, and purchase equipment. He will do his work with more dedication and determination and will work hard to achieve his goal. Therefore, ambition acts like a catalyst to achieve desirable goals.
I believe that being ambitious is a crucial quality that a person must possess. The process of ambition attainment improves a person’s personality and leads to the development of various other personality attributes. To exemplify, only an ambitious person who had worked hard to achieve something has qualities like hard work, perseverance, discipline, fearlessness, and never say die spirit. In addition to this, being ambitious makes people’s life more interesting and meaningful as they tend to be in the habit of planning something new in their life and always work for its accomplishment. A life that is devoid of any goal would be dull and uninteresting.
In conclusion, I believe that a person must be ambitious to be able to able to live a life worth living and it is a good personality characteristic.

Among all the good qualities of an individual, being ambitious is one of the most decisive key factors if they want to achieve their goal. It is a distinct feature observed in many notable figures who have made tremendous contributions and memorable legacies. In my opinion, this is a positive personality trait. I will analyse the advantages of being ambitious as it will enable people to have high expectations for themselves and stay determined on achieving their targets.
First and foremost, an ambitious person will reach for the stars and aim to accomplish great achievements. For instance, great figures like Napoleon Bonaparte and Barack Obama were courageous in pursuing dreams despite all the obstacles. Even when everyone thought they would not make it, the hardships they faced only sharpened them and eventually they achieved their goals and became inspirational icons. Thus, we have to be ambitious and work towards our goals in order to be successful.
Other than that, we will stay determined and focused if we are certain of what we want in life. A great example will be the life story of Albert Einstein who encountered discrimination due to his ethnicity as a Jew but it didn’t deviate him from his interest and eventually he became one of the greatest scientists of all time. If we are determined, quitting or finding excuse to compromise will no longer be an option. As a matter of fact, we pave our way to success if we are ambitious.
To reiterate, being ambitious is a positive personality trait, that will help us achieve what we want in life. Without ambition it is hard to achieve anything worthwhile as achievements will never come us unless we chase them.

According to some society, being ambitious considered to be excellent while others deny. But I opine people should be ambitious, these days competition has increased too much and being goal oriented is an excellent way and everyone should follow.
People are highly ambitious and they burn mid night oil to accomplish their desire goals. According to survey conducted by the Government shows that successful business man are ambitious and they work really hard to achieved. When the first goal is achieved they start working on another goal and achieved being adamant and this is the main reason behind their achievements.
A person achieves a lot more when they are goal oriented and it creates a good impact on society and nation can be reached on cloud nine. When goal is achieved benefits spread between the society as other people from the welfare follow their steps and they are the role models for the community and it creates positive approach in the society and eventually nation and economy of the country improved just because everyone in town have a dream and with proper guidance it can be achieved. Henceforth to have ambition is fruitful in many ways and one should always work on their goals but the person should not select a wrong way to fulfill their dreams.
To recapitulate, without ambition life is zero and one have to be focused and determined towards life and goals. Person should be ambitious and must be persistent and with consistency goals can be achieved and will accede in life.
