A few people argue that excellent teamwork is the main reason behind the success of a company, whereas others believe that a good leadership drives the organization towards success. In my opinion, the success of an establishment completely depends not only on a good team but also on a good leader, as both are inter-dependent. This essay will substantiate the importance of both.
In any organization, we can observe multiple departments, as each and every module has its own contribution towards success. For instance, when we consider a multinational firm, in every project, employees related to networking, security, development and testing will work together as a team; otherwise, it would be a nightmare to achieve targets. It would be very difficult for a single person to work on multiple aspects and it consumes a lot of time in achieving goals.
However, without a good leader, it would be hard to complete the project. For example, when there are a couple of team members working on the same project, they may have a difference of opinion regarding ways of accomplishing the task, because they might not have the same background. Now, a good leader listens to all his team members and provides the right opinion to drive the work.
To summarize, a well-organized team and an excellent leadership helps the company not only to attain the profits but also to gain a good reputation in front of its clients. When there is a positive relationship between the team members and their leader, achieving the target is like a cake walk.
