Although it is believed by some that acquiring a university degree is essential for securing a dignified job, others feel that taking up any work and gaining experience is a better alternative. I reckon that education is crucial for honing different skills and attaining success in future.
On the one hand, some people believe that instead of going to university one should take up whatever job available and gain hands-on work experience. For example, it takes at least 3 years to acquire a university degree. An industrious person can use that time to work and gain valuable experience. This career strategy will be a boon in certain domains where practical knowhow is essential like carpentry, masonry etc. Thus we can see why certain people are of the view that getting into work early has an upper hand over gaining university degree.
On the other hand, acquiring a university degree is considered by some people as the assured way to get a good job as graduates are well prepared with the skills and knowledge required for working in any field. For instance, an MBA degree holder is always the first one to be considered for a managerial post even if the company has other experienced employees. This is due to a simple fact that the university degree is considered to be a benchmark for securing a good post in any firm. Hence, it is clear why some people believe that a degree weighs more than experience because the future prospects become minimal without a good qualification in the resume.
In conclusion, despite the fact that people have different views, I believe that academic degree is more beneficial than work experience in obtaining a desired job as without a degree the career prospects will be stagnant after a point.

There are different views on the job topic, few people believe that university degree offers a permanent job whereas some others think to work directly to improve the skills. This essay will discuss both the views with relevant reasons and examples and then concludes with my personal view.
On one hand, gaining a degree from the university means you are qualified for those particular subjects, which helps to understand and improve the quality of work. Different jobs need different criteria for learning. For example, without the degree of medicine, an individual cannot become a doctor, to become a mentor needs special qualification along with graduation and so on. Furthermore, taking graduation helps people to find a good position job in society, even without or less experience.
On the other hand, few people are of the opine that to commence a job directly, helps individual to save time and can get experience on hands. Some professionals like carpentry, painting etc have nothing related with education, for them honing the skills is the priority. For example, a carpenter starts his work at the age of 15 or 18.i.e. from the younger age and gains a complete experience in his sector. But, these types of jobs are temporary, based on demand.
To recapitulate, doing work without degrees helps the person to acquire experience at an early pace in certain profession whereas I am of the opinion that job should be started after the graduation because it helps the individual to get better placement in the life.

In recent days, get a job is not easy. The majority of the public argue that get a graduate from university is the only means to ensure worthwhile job, while others believes that people can go straight into work to guarantee good job. My point of view education is the most important to build success in future.
On one hand, some people believe that instead of going to university to get a job available in their area after their school studies and get a good experience. The students need to spend minimum three years to get a degree from universities and then looking for job. Meanwhile, the ungraduated people can get good experience with this time frame in a specific field. In addition, that there are lot of job opportunity for un graduate and in the local market and most of the companies are looking for their experience rather than the education.
On the other hand, virtually all are convinced that finishing university is the most effective way to get a good job. In other words, they can improve the skills in their field of interest. At present, lot of universities are offering the courses with specialized subject and job oriented. For instance, famous corporate companied are such as WIPRO, Reliance, TATA etc. conducting the campus interview to get good knowledge person instead of looking for experience.
To conclude, I believe that getting degree from university is the most effect way to guarantee good and high paid job. In my opinion if student truly want to ensure a successful career in the future, they should take the degree from university.
This seems band 6 to me.
