Band 7 IELTS essay sample
Some people lead their life in the same way without having any changes in their life. On the other hand, some believe that change is a positive thing in life. In my opinion, change is the triggering factor for professional and personal growth and one should have changes in one’s life.
Resistance to change is one of the reasons why people lead the same life throughout their life. Breaking out of their comfort zone can be difficult for them because they are afraid of dealing with new scenarios; therefore, living a life without adapting to any changes is easy for them. For instance, people, particularly the elderly tend to resist any change in their life and stick to their old lifestyle.
However, it is when exploring new things and adapting to the changes growth happens in terms of individual and professional perspective. Because of this reason it is believed that bringing changes in their life is beneficial. When there is a change in one’ life there will be a opportunity to experience new things that leads to room for improvement or enhancement of one’s life. And I feel having changes in life is an essential factor for every transition in life.
In conclusion, people tends to lead a same life because of the inability to accommodate changes in their life, whereas one who sees changes as a positive thing will reach new levels as they will be experiencing different things in life with the changes, which is the main reason why I agrees with this later point.
