The answer might be little complex, as everything in life seems to have choices. Based on my knowledge, I agree with the given statement. Yes! Nowadays we have too many choices.
During the olden days, choices and options were quite few, due to which certain things were followed as a tradition for several generations. For example, if father is a business man, he obviously expects and wants his children to take up his business, the children had no better choices than following their parent’s decision. In such cases, the major problem would be lack of exposure. There was not much access to internet and media. Resources were very less and people found it too hard to equip themselves with more knowledge.
The present-day scenario is entirely different. The choices are much wider and people are now allowed to think in a broader aspect and choose their requirement accordingly. Education is an important part in every individual’s life. Today we even have choice-based education. Children are allowed to choose the subject they wish to study. And they have various career options to start their professional life. To quote an example from my own experiences, I had multiple choices during my school days for both my curricular and co -curricular activities. This was ensured by my parents with proper guidance. At time I was very confused with too many options in front of me. One of the hardest parts I faced was to choose my job. With proper analysis I was able to identify and finalize upon the role that suits me the most. Choices becomes favorable if know what we require the most.
Conclusively, everything in life has choices, Food, clothes, education and what not . It is perfectly fine to have choices. But the most challenging part is that how we scrutinize and come up with the best option. And this becomes possible only with a proper guidance and exposure to the outer world.
