Nowadays, a large number of people devote less time to do any form of physical activity and as a result, they develop health issues such as obesity and heart problems. This is mainly because most of the working individuals are busy with their work and hardly have time for themselves. There are several solutions that should be implemented to deal with this problem.

One of the main factors that prevents people from exercising is the busy lifestyle of working professionals. For example, employees are so busy at their work meeting deadlines that they often work beyond their scheduled shifts. As a result of this, they come under immense mental and physical stress. Once they come back from work, they just hit the couch, watch television, and relax for the rest of the evening. This kind of sedentary lifestyle has a detrimental impact on their overall health.

There are two effective solutions to this problem. Firstly, the government can create awareness about the benefits of doing exercise be it at home or at work. Also, the government should create awareness about the health issues that people will develop as a result of their sedentary lifestyle. In addition, employers can launch campaigns to encourage their employees to participate in sports events or offer discounted vouchers on gym and health memberships. Individuals can also be more responsible towards their health to avoid any physical health issues in future.

To conclude, the busy lifestyle of working people is the major reason that prevents them from getting exercise. Helping people achieve better work life balance and creating awareness about the importance of physical activity will improve the situation to a great extent.
