Celebrations are considered as an important aspect of everyone’s life. While there are some people who spend a lot of their financial resources on occasions like weddings and birthdays, other people consider this as entirely unnecessary. This essay will argue why spending lavishly on such events is a sheer wastage of money and why it should be utilised for social welfare instead.
There are a growing number of people who spend a large sum of money on celebrating several occasions like weddings and birthdays just because they want to flaunt their wealth. Weddings and events are a good platform to show off their designer clothes, jewellery and makeup. In addition, people these days organise such functions to grab attention on social media in the form of likes and comments. Due to these reasons people spend extravagantly on such functions.
Conversely, there are people who consider this spending as a waste of money and thus unnecessary as it not only leads to a financial burden on the host family but also creates a sense of competition among the relatives to organise a better celebration for their loved ones. There have been several instances of people taking personal loans just to impress the society. For such reasons these people find spending on such events as a waste of money and they believe that this money should be utilised for a social cause like feeding poor people or helping charities.
In conclusion, celebrations are important in one’s life. However, it is entirely our responsibility to be vigilant about our spending and instead of wasting our hard earned money for impressing people it should be used for social welfare.

It is observed that a lot of people spend huge funds in organizing parties for birthdays and weddings. But, some people opine that it is not essential to invest large amounts in such events. I agree with this opinion and believe that people should understand the value of money and expend it on other important things.
People tend to spend money in the celebration of events such as birthdays and weddings owing to various reasons. Firstly, they wish to create memories about their special event which lasts for the lifetime. Hence they try to make the party as glamorous as possible. Secondly, the younger generation these days derives emotional satisfaction through such events. In particular, children expect their parents to put in great amount to make their birthday special by treating their friends with expensive food, gifts and entertainment. Due to this, parents give in to the demands of their offspring. Thirdly, people want to boast their financial success in the society by inviting friends to such parties. They feel that it improves their social status. However, I believe that spending so much money on such occasions is not a healthy practice as it sends a wrong message to the younger generation which spoils their mindset.
It is crucial to refrain from squandering money in conducting the vents with large budget due to the damaging effects upon the individuals and the environment. Young children start believing that their parents are duty-bound to spend their hard earned money in making the celebration more colorful. Due to this, parents end up with small savings which may be insufficient in fulfilling other important necessities like education of their children. Another problem which arises proves to be hazardous to the environment. The most common issues related to such events are wastage of food, noise pollution due to loud music and the consumption of electricity in large amounts.
In conclusion, I think people should understand the importance of investing meager amounts in such events and spend on other priorities like education and career which proves to be fruitful for the well-being of the family.

Celebrations are considered to be an important part of life. These days most people spend hefty amount of money on parties and marriages, while others believe that this is totally a waste of hard earned money. I agree with the latter view and believe that people should save it for future.
On the one hand, people, especially affluent, spend thousands of dollars on lavish hotel, food and catering to celebrate special occasions such as birthdays, anniversaries and festivals with their knowns, relatives and friends. Also, they not only want to maintain their rich status in the society by arranging such big events, but there is also an orthodox belief that such things make occasions special and memorable. Recently, Mukesh Ambani, giant entrepreneur in India, has spent ten million dollars on his son wedding and many businessmen , celebrities and sports persons were invited throughout the world.
On the other hand, life is full of surprises, therefore, it is better to save hard earned money for future rather than wasting it on fabulous arrangements. Nowadays, prices of health treatments, higher education and accommodations are already skyrocketing and nobody cannot estimate expenses in the future. If individuals will have money than they can run for high quality health treatment in case of emergency and also send their children to reputed college for higher education despite of taking debt from banks at high interest rate that again lead to depression and stress.
In conclusion, I think that people should save money from such events and invest it in other necessities such as health insurance and children education.

Some people believe the media should be allowed to publish private information about people, while others are against it. Discuss both views and give your own opinion and relevant examples
In recent years, the proliferation of media has made its importance inevitable in society. Many people believe there should be no restrictions on them to publish private information about people. However, few people are against this viewpoint. I believe it is the duty of the fourth pillar of the constitution to bring the truth and information in society but there should be some strict guidelines regarding the publishing of private information of the person so that it cannot infringes the personal rights of the individual.
To begin with, media houses and News channels are considered to be the fourth pillar of the constitution in our country. However, it is observed that they are often intruding the personal life of an individual which sometimes endangered their privacy. Moreover, many times they publish the private information of the people which are not supposed to be shared in the public in greed of high viewership from their audiences. However, sometimes it impacts the personal lives of the people very deeply which results in many suicidal cases in society.
Nevertheless, many people argue that sometime struggle and achievement stories of the individual are the good source of motivation for other people and hence, it should be shared with the society. Further, even the people are more interested in the personal life of eminent personalities and thus in order to meet demand media focuses more on private content of them.
I believe that there should be some strict guidelines regarding the publication of personal information with the society which would not violate the rights of privacy of the individual. However, it doesn’t mean that media should stop covering the achievements and success stories of individual with their viewers.
To recapitulate, after analyzing the above arguments it is not very hard to come on the consensus that media has every right to bring the information and truth to the society. However, regarding with the private information, there should be some watchdog which ensures it would not violate any rights of the individual.

Although spending a bountiful amount of money on birthday and marriage celebrations has become an increasingly popular activity these days, some people still think that allocating that much money on one event is futile. In this essay, first I will shed light on some claims made in favor of this trend, and then put forth some arguments about my disagreement on this practice.
The proponents of this practice argue that this trend helps them to maintain their particular social status. This is because social status has always been considered to be connected with the amount of money one have and abovementioned events seem to the ideal ways to show one’s wealth off in front of others. At the same time, birthdays and marriage celebrations are generally the most special events in person’s life, so many individuals tend to make these occasions even more memorable merely by spending large sums of money on food, decorations and costumes.
Despite the arguments in favor of this trend, I believe that expensive celebrations need not to be organized. Nowadays, in order to earn money, one has to do extensive hard work which makes money one of the precious resources on one’s life. Therefore, a wiseful alternative had better be chosen by people to utilize such precious resource instead of just wasting in on one event. The alternative can be related to providing financial help to needy ones who can not afford to avail facilities such as accommodation. For example, an average Indian wedding costs around 15 lakh Indian rupees which can be used to cover the house rent of 10 homeless families for at least 6 months.
To conclude, although the benefits of organising expensive events seem obvious, I believe money ought to be utilized to help others.

At present, people are spending unexpected money on their personal use like marriage, anniversaries and for celebrating their birthdays. Meanwhile, people need to take care of those who need money to survive. It is happening due to people want to show off or having a lot of money which they got from their guardians. We will light upon these situations.
First of all, people use money no matter how much they have expenses, however, they must take care of all problems which are going on in today’s scenario. Folks initiate a step for those who require money for their survival. For illustration, In India majority of people having a below poverty line due to this, India is facing obstacles on a large scale. Showing off sometimes makes people fool in front of a crowd.
On the other hand, poor people are not having food for one time, even though they are living their life as they do not have any way to earn a handsome amount. Maximum millionaires flow money on their useless daily routine like expensive restaurant’s bills or any other which makes them feel brilliant minded. Instead of celebrating birthdays on Island or another country, they can provide a beautiful hand to a needy person on the special occasion, they may get blessings from the needy one. For example, most people bargain in street markets for price, but never fear to pay an extra amount in rich places.
To conclude, whether you are celebrating your special day or going to start your life journey, people can help those who are expecting so much from the rich generation. People should understand the issue of helpless people, that makes the world beautiful. Maturity comes when you realize better for someone
