Invariably, adults tend to devote most of their time to work; devote to work. An expectation of job contentment is quite desirable. However, I suppose it is not realistic to achieve job satisfaction for all workers.

Several factors lead to job gratification. Firstly, it is the interest and enthusiasm that one feels at work. If one likes what they do, they will never be dissatisfied. For example, a nutritionist who is passionate about health and fitness will always find it exciting to guide her clients about the right food. Secondly, the environment at workplace and interaction with coworkers matter. If one is treated cordially and respectfully, it will make the time spent at the workplace more worthwhile. For example, a condescending supervisor is likely to make one feel low and de-motivated. Lastly, monetary compensation is crucial for happiness. With the increasing standard of living and rising inflation, no individual can afford to adjust with a low pay scale.

Having said that, not all employees have a choice or control over the kind of work that they do. Due to limited options, especially in developing countries, people have to take up occupations that they may not like. For example, in underdeveloped countries, many people lack education and hence they have poor career prospects. The uneducated have to get by as low rung workers such as laborers, sweepers, cleaners, and plumbers. Moreover, jobs such as those of security guards, site workers, and clerical staffs are likely to make one feel drab and dull.

In conclusion, a variety of factors such as good remuneration, positive atmosphere at the workplace, stable work hours and good career prospects contribute to job satisfaction. Unfortunately, job satisfaction seems elusive for people engaged in hazardous, monotonous or low paying occupations.

Smoking can cause serious illness and should be more illegal.
To what extent do you agree?
Over the recent few years, Smoking has been increased alarmingly in almost every nation of the world. Smoking can harm people’s life by many diseases like Asthma, lung cancer, bronchitics and so on. To reduce these enormous diseases, people and state should be more concious about smoking and made it illegal throughout the country. This essay will entirely argue that government should take some action.
At present, peoples are suffering a lot of lung diseases than previous. There are many reasons behind this phenomena. The first and foremost is enriching the number of smokers which not only harms the inhaler but also surroundings peoples. A recent study says that only in Mumbai city the rate of lung-cancer people is increased 10% over the last decade due to the 30% growth of smokers. In consequence, it causes more people’s death and pollution of the environment. To rein this detrimental situation, government should ban smoking in public place.
The other harmful effect of smoking is creating environmental pollution specifically air pollution. The fame which is come after burning of nicotin as much harmful for the environment’s elements and animals. In a smoking place, people cannot breathe properly due to toxic air which also harm the new born baby. To cite an example, the baby of an smoker generally faced some cronic lung diseases as well as other health problem like neumonia, weak organs due to grown under polluted air. So that, it causes a lot of baby death in the country. To save the nation government should levy high tax on cigerrates and impose some physical and monetary punishments to the addicted people. Moreover, the import of foreign cigerrates should be banned as well as reduce the domestic production.
To recapitulate, smoking causes some cronic diseases to human along with children and pollutes environment by transmitting toxic fame. So that, this essay argued that government authority should take some steps like increase tax on cigerrates and ban public place smoking to keep environment healthy and sound for dwellers.

The best way to solve the traffic congestion in city is to provide free public transport for 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. To what extent do you agree or disagree?
Traffic is a major problem in our modern society. Some people believe that governments should guarantee free public means of transport all day for city dwellers in order to tackle the issue of traffic congestion. I strongly agree with this argument for several reasons.
First of all, providing individuals with a daily free public transport will drastically reduce the number of cars in the streets. This will certainly lead to a decreased amount of carbon dioxide in the atmosphere, which is one of the most harmful substances for our health. In this way, not only the environment but also humans will benefit. Furthermore carbon emissions are a contributing factor to global warming, therefore a drop in their level will lead to more safety in our planet.
Secondly, the more people can rely on efficient means of transports, the less they will be forced to cope with stress and anxiety. For instance, many people struggle to arrive in their workplace in time due to congestion and traffic lights and this negatively affects their daily routine and life. Without the problem of traffic, several individuals will finally lead more relaxing and less hectic lives. In addition to this, an extremely high amount of money will be saved by those who opt for the public transport. As a consequence, population life standards will rapidly increase and the economic growth of many countries will be greatly and positively impacted.
To conclude, I firmly support the opinion that governments should consider a costless public transport. Such approach will bring countless number of benefits to both humans and environment.
