There is no doubt that there is a wide range of salaries in some nations nowadays. While some people believe that extremely high remunerations are in favour of a nation, others argue that this trend does more harm than good and hence the government should put a cap on how much one can earn. In this essay I will discuss both sides of the argument (write: the argument) and lend my support for the latter view.

Those who believe that high salary packages are good for a country might support it for various reasons. Firstly, higher salaries would bring a better lifestyle to the country. This is because the money always circulates within the country and keeps changing hands. The more the money in circulation, the more the prosperity. Secondly, they might also argue that a high salary means a better job. For example, the traders in investment banks are the people who make millions of dollars every year and undoubtedly trading is one of the most attractive professions.

On the other hand, I would argue that the free upward movement of salaries should be checked and controlled by the government because of the intense competition it creates along with the huge disparity of incomes in a society. Competitiveness beyond a certain point can make human life awful. This is because people get into the rat race and compare them with others rather than enjoying what they already have. Ultimately, this mentality results in stress and tension. Also, the wide range of income difference can lead to criminal activities. This is due to the fact that poor people would find it extremely difficult to earn higher salaries through legal means, and might get tempted into traps of easy money.

To conclude, although the very high salaries may benefit a certain section of the society, it leads to unhealthy competition and a spurt in criminal activities. Therefore, in my opinion, the advantages of this phenomenon are outweighed by the disadvantages and it is the responsibility of the government to check it.

In few countries, some people’s income by salary is extremely high.So some believe
that this is healthy fo a country, whilst others think that government should have a control on salaries and limit their income. In this essay I would like to discuss both views of argument and will reveal support of one of the view.

Firstly, this might be good for some reasons. When people are earning highest salaries, that means they are in well known position or highly developed field. So by earning more people can know about those persons through the social media and can help country to have some fame in that particular stream. For instance, if we take film industry people who are earning highest salaries are well known actors and they help to thrive the film industry.Like, prabhas is earning highest pay and he is PAN Indian star and his movie Bahubali is well known film over the world.By this film the status of telugu film industry reach the everest peak.Secondly,if people are earning highest salaries come forward to help the needy then this will be the good for country, such as the actor Sonu sood who is donating all his property to the poor and helps the country a lot in hard times.

If we take the latter part of the argument, govenrment should limit their incomes because the people who are in highest postions are prone to malpractices in the hunger of money. Moreover, if one position in the country paying high amount means that will be definitely charged to commmon man in one or other forms of tax. However ,we cannot know where are taxes going paying by us.To avoid all these consequences government should limit thier incomes and

To recapitulate, despite the advantages of former claim, those will not provide food for a begger in the country and can not help the needy in time.As the uses of limiting their incomes outweigh the advantages of first argument I support the latter claim.
