Model answer
Dear Sir / Madam
Last week I visited your museum with an elderly uncle of mine. We were very excited about the visit, but unfortunately the experience was not all that pleasant. Let me explain.
My uncle is in his late seventies and has trouble standing and walking for extended periods. We were hoping that the museum would arrange wheel chairs for elderly visitors but unfortunately there weren’t any. As a result of this, we had to leave without seeing most of the exhibits. In fact, we left in less than an hour after we arrived at the museum. It was quite disappointing because we had planned to spend the whole afternoon in the museum. My uncle, especially, has a special liking for antique objects. Actually it was him who prompted me to visit the museum.
I request you to take measures necessary to rectify this problem as I feel that not having a facility as important as this will discourage elderly people from visiting the museum. Kindly let us know when wheelchairs become available and we will be happy to visit again.
Yours sincerely
James
