Dear Sir or Madam:
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the internet connection provided by your company in my area.
In your brochure you had mentioned that your company uses technology that guarantees uninterrupted internet connection. However, this does not seem to be true.
Many people – including me – have been facing poor connectivity problems for a few weeks. Sometimes we can’t connect to the internet. At other times, the connection is ridiculously slow.
As you know, a lot of people now work from their homes. They need a stable internet connection to maintain their productivity. Because of poor connectivity, they can’t send finished assignments to their clients on time. This affects their credibility as a freelancer. Frequent disconnections also affect people who do video conferencing online. If they get disconnected frequently, it affects their work.
I would like you to send a team of trained technicians as soon as possible to resolve this issue. If you don’t, we cannot help but switch to another service provider.

Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing with regard to the internet connectivity issues faced by me and other residents of Geeta Apartments situated in Pattambi, Palakkad district. The frequent disruption to the connectivity is causing us a lot of trouble.
The problem started last week after the heavy monsoons had hit our city. I assume that the wires have got disjointed due to the rains and this has affected the internet speed.
Disruption in internet connection has mainly impacted office work. Many times, I get dropped out of video conferences and virtual meetings due to fluctuating data. Others residing here are also not able to use the internet seamlessly. Besides, we are often unable to do online shopping, send important emails, and pay utility bills online. Moreover, in times of emergency, we are forced to switch to mobile data and it turns out to be quite expensive.
I would request you to kindly send your staff to check all the cables in this area and fix them at the earliest.
