During a recent plane journey, you sat next to a businessman who owns a chain of restaurants. You talked to him and he suggested that you should contact him about a possible job in one of his restaurants. Write a letter to this businessman. In your letter:

Dear Sam,
I am writing to let you know that we met last month on a plane while traveling from London to India. We were sitting next to each other and talked about our careers / life / work.
You told me that you were the owner of one of the biggest restaurant chains in the world and you would soon be recruiting a few chefs for your Delhi branch. I am an experienced chef currently working at Taj and I am interested in this opportunity to work for you. Today morning, while reading the newspaper, I came across your advertisement for chefs and decided to write immediately to you.
I am absolutely suitable for the position as I already have an experience of seven months in the hotel industry and I have worked in the most reputed hotel chains. I can cook all types of cuisines and have won many awards for offering mouth watering dishes.
Moreover, I am a dedicated and motivated individual.
