Dear Mr. John Kurien,
This is Senthil Kumar. I sat next to you on flight AE967 from Chennai to Dubai on the 12th of February. It was a pleasure meeting you on the flight and I thoroughly enjoyed our conversation. The reason that I am writing this letter now is that during our conversation you had offered me a job in one of your restaurants in Dubai.
I am very much interested in this offer. I have heard a lot about your restaurants located in various parts of Dubai city and I am very much impressed with the reputation your restaurants have built over the years in this industry. It would be a great opportunity for me if I got a chance) to work as a chief chef.
I am confident that I have the qualification required for this job. I hold a post graduate diploma in cooking from Madras University. In addition, I have over 6 six years of work experience as a Chef. My specialty is Italian cuisine and I have won the best cook award a couple of times.
